During the transition from construction to occupancy we are particularly sensitive to the need for training the owner's personnel in the use of the equipment installed for the facility. We will oversee all commissioning and start-up procedures. In preparation for the final acceptance of the project, our basic closeout services include:

·	Furniture, Fixture & Equipmet Coordination
·	Completing Punch List Items
·	Final Testing and Owner Training
·	Compiling Operation and Maintenance Manuals
·	Move Coordination

We will manage the closeout process so that any outstanding components of the project are complete and that all systems and equipment are working properly and efficiently prior to occupancy.
