Feasibility Study & Due Diligence
Our focus during this phase specifically addresses the items critical to purchasing a site or renovating an existing facility; project budgeting, obtaining financing and maximizing potential entitlements. We take on a proactive management responsibility for the development of your project. Our goal is to lead the team through the due diligence and project evaluation, as well as determine the impact of the local code, municipal and governmental bodies.

We provide the initial coordination with the code officials, zoning, tax, utilities and other governing bodies to ensure that they are informed of the project and all their professional opinions and restrictions are identified and planned for. We will also assist your financial and legal team in coordinating entitlements. This will be accomplished in total confidentiality.
